Retrieving data from remote file - question from complete newbie

I'm trying to download a complete train timetable,


and it has been suggested to me that I should use php.



Yesterday I knew nothing of php.


Now I know what I have read in the tutorials

and  <http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp>.



My question is: how can I download a timetable


from a remote URL


<http://www.irishrail.ie/your_journey/timetables.asp>


after giving a number of values like txtFromStation=Salthill .



Any and all suggestions gratefully received.
