What's up with Scotty?

I need to access SNMP from Tcl and from all I've heard, Tnm (part of


Scotty) is the way to go but most of the mirrors listed at


http://wwwhome.cs.utwente.nl/~schoenw/scotty/ are dead ends and the


most recent tarball I could find was 2.1.11 from 2001, almost 4 years


ago.  Is Scotty dead?  Has it moved?  Searching c.l.t found references


to Scott v3.0 but I didn't see that at any of the mirrors I visited.
