charting

Hello

I looked at the slides.pdf and could not figure out that it can side
scroll in-order to display more of the graph from the right or the left
on its own or with cooperating functions with Tcl/tk
I must admit that I am new and got lots to read, but a quick answer will
let me know whether this is what I am looking for.
