Either get the source from sourceforge and compile on your chosen
platform, or if you want pre-built binaries, http://www.sunfreeware.com
is always a good place to look, although you will often find they don't
quite have the latest version :( They currently have prebuilt versions
of both Tcl and Tk 8.4.9 for Solaris 8
