Setting value in env array crashing on Linux

We are using Tcl/Tk 8.4.7 on Linux.



Our application will sometimes crash when setting an environment


variable via the env array.



This is not the same as another reported bug where when you set an env


variable from Tcl, then from a C++ application, and then from Tcl again


there is a crash, this is purely done from Tcl.



We do not see this crash on any other platforms other than Linux.
