Some newbie questions

Three questions:
(OK, I know a post should contain only one topic, but these are really
simple newbie questions, just couldn't find an answer in manpages...)

-having a tk application running, is it possible to "read in" changes to
the script, or have I to restart it everytimes I make some changes to
the code?

-how do I implement "fullscreen mode"? I have a label containing an
image and want to have it displayed fullscreen.

-Is there a tk widget where I can display an image as background? In
other words: is it possible to display some text on top of an image?
