ActiveTcl install questions

I've just installed ActiveTcl 8.4.11.1, and saw a hard crash
with a file I had around (tinkering test program involving multiple
transient windows). I went to try 8.5alpha/beta but it warns that
I should uninstall 8.4 first. I don't get a crash with 8.4 under
Linux, so I suppose it is Windows specific or ActiveState specific.

Where should I send a bug report?

Is it possible to install ActiveTcl 8.5 beside 8.4?

The report would begin with

AppName: wish84.exe AppVer: 8.4.2.11 ModName: tk84.dll
ModVer: 8.4.2.11 Offset: 00010b39

but there is a bunch more info that is not selectable, so I can't
paste it into a message. Do I need to type it all by hand? Should
I just send the report to Microsoft as they request :-)?
