Recommendation for GUI framework

Hi,

I had been looking for a 4GL form builder for database interface -- data
entry/search mostly, with look up table capabilities. So far no luck
finding such tools in Linux world. If you know anything similar, I'd like
very much to hear it.

Anyway, I decided to come back to Tcl/Tk and roll it on my own. It has
been a while since I wrote my last Tcl/Tk script. I believe things have
been improved a lot since. So, while I'm looking for above GUI building
framework in Tcl/Tk world, I'd also like to know what you would recommend,
for task like above -- I hope to base my work on a as-mature-as-possible
framework so that my work could be as-minimum-as-possible.
