Hmm - well, that certain puts a different spin on things for me. I
would prefer not to see everyone decide to give up on itcl, snit, etc.
and write only to oo: , but that's what people keep saying they want -
something in the core that they can write to, because they can depend
on it being there. And so now such a thing is being proposed.

Ah well, fortunately, I'm not a member of the TCT, so there's no need
to convince or satisfy me <smile>...
