Rivet - always seemed to be a Linux version only for the longest time,
possibly now on windows, but David Welton does not seem to be
interested in supporting it any further (looking to Ruby as the future
for this area). No interest in something that is not going to be
actively supported in the future.

mod_tcl - looks like it has been updated recently, new info seems to be
presented on support for Apache 2.0 which i think is cool - but we run
Windows and are looking for something we can just "plug-in" without
fighting a "build" process. I will look into this further...

tclhttpd - I have posted to the user group on this asking some "deep"
questions. I await their feedback.
