That's simply not true. I have always said that I will continue to
support it as long as people are using it.

What I have also come to realize is that none of these Tcl solutions is
likely to grab much "mindshare" at this point. They will continue to be
useful for their current users, as well as other people who have Tcl
code and want to do some web programming. This is why we maintain them
- becaus we use this stuff ourselves. But realistically, it's not worth
sinking a lot of my unpaid time into new development just to chase tail
lights.

As far as the windows version is concerned, it exists thanks to the
efforts of Pat Thoyts, who is the type of individual that every open
source project wishes to attract - when he sees something that's
missing, he charges in and fixes it and more often than not, improves it
as well.
