As the author of the FastCGI Tcl extension, I'm sorry that I haven't been
able to keep it up to date - as my work mix changes, I find it difficult to
maintain software that I don't use any longer.

Have you tried using FastCGI? There's certainly a chance that it may still
work, especially the Tcl implmentation. There is/was a simple patch to
apply, see:

    http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.tcl/browse_thread/thread/cfa5d7cf6c8a791a/5805a2766d57f326

For the record, anyone wishing to take over maintenance of FastCGI/Tcl, please
go ahead. You don't need to ask.

If you have a chance to determine your own server, then I'd recommend
AOLServer, Rivet, or tclhttpd.

Good luck.
