For my app it was OK to link (dynamically) with tcl84.lib and tk84.lib,


so I haven't tried to build a wrapped executable using the DLLs that


you mention...



Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by your last point regarding


'standalone only for data files' - could you explain again ?
