ZoneAlarm is blocking router

Hi



I'm using the latest version of ZA (6.1.744.001).



Once in a while it pops up a Protected message saying that it has blocked 


access from the IP address of my router to my PC.



Looking at the firewall logs info it says "Packet sent from xxx (router ip) 


to xxx (pc ip) ICMP Echo Request was blocked.



Is it safe to add the IP of my router to the Trusted Zone?
