 That's all fine, well and good, but that wasn't how it was worded.
You said "You have to give Spybot full access to both trusted &

to the words "have to" and "including (sending mail)".
 That's what I was mainly responding to, because it was incorrect.

is no doubt which one it is.
 As has been alluded to here, and in many other places, it's not
really so much what you say, but *how* you say it.
