I heard sometime back that Windows Vista will
need a 64-bit system to run, as will many of the
applications that will be written for it. Windows
Vista will be an entirely new OS, unlike the Windows
4.x and 5.x type operating systems. From what I read
about Vista, it will be have the problems with being
compromised that 4.x and 5.x type systems have
now. Vista will be a much more secure operating
system
