Success!! The failure to remove the existing v 4.2.0 lay in the
appropriate "Kerio Personal Firewall.msi file not being where Windows
expected it to be located. In trying to resolve this by entering the
path to that file I was mistakenly entering the path to the new install v
4.2.1 "Kerio Personal Firewall.msi" file. Yes, they have the same name
and obviously they are different! Not that it is an excuse. I should
have been more careful. Anyway using the correct path allowed v 4.2.0 to
removed by Add/Remove Programs and installing the new version was as
smooth as always....Phew!!
