Make another browser to the default browser. Use Policies to disable
Internet Explorer by forcing 127.0.0.1:9 as the proxy, with an exception
for 127.0.0.0/8 and *.microsoft.com for Windows-Update.

And, the most important point: talk to them, and explain them, why using
another browser is a good idea.
