One of our customers is experiencing horrible performance problems with
their Internet connection. However, my remote VNC connection seems
acceptable. It is very perplexing. I keep attempting to upload a
connection to our customer via the windows command line ftp program,
but the connection keeps getting dropped. This is the following line
from the Windows firewall where the connection is being dropped:

2006-02-16 16:19:07 DROP TCP 69.164.180.114 70.225.66.124 20 5003 1480
A 3408650423 629402751 17280 - - - RECEIVE

Can anyone see any potential reason why the connection was dropped
using the information above? Thank you.
