There are varying degrees of "computer savvy". If A and B are not
savvy enough to implement and conduct SRP by themselves, each could
attempt to locate someone who is to set them up with an operational
SRP implementation. One side would have to develop a message exchange
format (xml based or etc), then the other would have to implement to
that format.

Note that each side (for example, A) would have to be able to trust
their implementor. If this is not possible, A and B would have to
learn to do this themselves.

Maybe there is simpler way to do this. But it would be best to stick
to well studied protocols, as nemo suggests.
