Thats not enough: Bob need to make sure that only Alice (and S) will
have access to his secret. If Eve intercept Bob message, she can use
her own program to have it decrypted.

ie: If Bob is only using S key, there's no indication that the secret
is for Alice.

You need another element. My idea was to find a 3 way shared key.

I still dont see any comments regarding my own solution. I think it
fits my requirements as I explained them earlier.
