All that is actually needed is to publish a clear explanation
of the system used, its key(s), and the recovered plaintext.
If you do that, cryptologists world-wide can verify the claim.
I'm sure that Cryptologia would be happy to publish a
legitimate article on the cracking of the fourth part of
Kryptos.
