I also couldn't really understand it.
Do you describe a decay based hardware RNG with some real radioactive
stuff in it or some software RNG?

And before you complain about my version of thinking, please
consider what your objective here is.
If you want to be understood it would be a great help if you used
sentences structured the same way everyone else in this group does.
