3G root key computation for A_KEY_P_REV = 0x05

 I have a question about 3g root key computation.
In the section 5.6.3. of the protocol 3gpp2 C.S0016-C

BS_PARAM = BS_PW | (MS_RESULTs/MS_PW_HASH) modulo P |
    G^Y modulo P | ((MS_RESULTs/MS_PW_HASH) modulo P.
Since MS_RESULTs is 1024 bits, MS_PW_HASH is 1152 bits,
does this mean MS_RESULTs/MS_PW_HASH is zero?
My question is whether "/" means division here.

I don't know whether this is a typo or not?
But it sounds weird.
Any information is welcomed.I will appreciate your help.
