Sometimes the simplest lessons can have the greatest effect.

1. Buy simple computers that do not break down.
2. When your computer, printout and disks are worn out
     physical destruction is needed.
3. Hire staff that can keep their mouths shut.
4. Train you staff on how to dodge questions about their work.
