First and foremost, lay off the object oriented look at me stuff, we're not
impressed, especially when they're combined with C-style casting when
everywhere else you used C++ forms.

Second, it's not a Feistel cipher, in fact I can trivially prove it's not a
secure cipher (no key, no avalanche), instead it appears to be a trivial
rolling convolution.
